Small Group Personal Training & Kettlebells

  • 1 hour classes, held throughout the week to make the most out of yourself and what’s possible. These aren’t normal turn up and move classes. They are designed for you to make real progress - week in week out.

    Each day of the week is different, allowing you to be able to recover and come into the next one ready for what’s in store for you.

  • Designed to get your heart rate up, build the tolerance through your body and improve your cardio. Using erg machines, free weights to help improve your general fitness

  • Using machines, free weights, barbells, made not to intimidate but to build your strength through the body. Lower body and Upper body will be put through a wave of different exercises allowing a full body progression. No stone left unturned.

  • If you are knew and still what to make the most benefit this class is it. This help even more into everyday life, taking you up a level, building you up to be able to achieve more than you thought. Mixing and emphasing even more core movement to build the trunk of your body up

  • This is the everything class, the mix of all the best bits to complete the week. This individual class, touches upon everything done during the week. Allowing it to be if you have to the only class you will need to attend. Best part of strength training, circuit style with a cross of functional movements. And frequent personal challenges to allow you to see the real progress you are making.

  • 45 minute class, with a single bit of kit. The kettlebell, allows you to have a real workout mixing dynamic movements with real strength. The ability to go to the next level
