Terms and Conditions

1.  Confidentiality

·     All personal information shared with the trainer will be kept strictly private and confidential.

·     Client records will be stored securely and will never be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

·     All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

·     You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data held about you. Requests should be made in writing to the trainer.

2.  Health & Safety

·     All sessions are designed with your health, safety, and disclosed medical history in mind.

·     You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date health information prior to commencing any sessions.

·     By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you have completed a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) honestly and to the best of your knowledge.

·     The trainer accepts no liability for injury, illness, or loss arising from failure to disclose accurate or complete health information, or from failure to follow the trainer's instructions during sessions.

·     If you experience any change in your health or medical condition during your training programme, you must inform the trainer before your next session.

·     The trainer is not a medical professional and nothing provided constitutes medical advice. You should consult your GP before commencing a new exercise programme if you have any concerns.

3.  Payments

·     Payment must be made within 24 hours of the session or class being delivered, unless a prepaid package has been purchased in advance.

·     Accepted payment methods are: bank transfer, cash, or card (as agreed). Payment details will be provided upon booking.

·     A late payment fee of £10 may be applied to any balance outstanding beyond 24 hours of the due date. CResults reserves the right to charge statutory interest on overdue amounts.

·     Sessions will not be delivered where an outstanding balance remains unpaid. Future bookings may be suspended until the account is cleared.

·     Any alternative payment arrangements must be agreed in writing in advance.

4.  Cancellations & No-Shows

·     Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid any charge.

·     Late cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the session will be charged at 50% of the session fee.

·     Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or failure to attend without notice (no-show), will be charged at 100% of the session fee.

·       Classes cancelled 24 hours prestart time will be charged 100% of the session fee, unless given prior consent, down to trainers discretion.

·     Repeated late cancellations — defined as more than two cancellations within a rolling four-week period — will be charged at 100% of the session fee regardless of the notice given.

·     Where a session fee is charged following cancellation, it will be deducted from any prepaid package or invoiced separately.

·     Failure to settle cancellation charges may result in refusal of future bookings.

5.  Lateness

·     If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a session without prior notice, the session may be cancelled or shortened. No refund or replacement session will be provided in these circumstances.

·     Sessions will always end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.

·     If the trainer is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, you will receive a pro-rata extension added to your next session equivalent to the time lost, or a complimentary make-up session at the trainer's discretion.

6.  Packages & Expiry

The following package validity periods apply from the date of purchase:

·     5 personal training sessions — valid for 3 months

·     10 personal training sessions — valid for 3 months

·     10 Small group personal training – valid for 3 months

·     Unlimited small group personal training – valid for the single calender month

·     Sessions that expire unused are non-refundable.

·     Extensions beyond the stated validity period are entirely at the trainer's discretion and are not guaranteed. Any request for an extension must be made in writing before the expiry date.

·     A package freeze of up to 4 weeks (once per package) may be granted in cases of medical incapacity or other exceptional circumstances, subject to appropriate evidence being provided.

7.  Refunds

Prepaid packages are non-refundable once sessions have commenced. Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

·     Medical incapacity: You are medically unable to continue training, supported by a letter or note from a GP. The refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions only, less any sessions already delivered at a discounted package rate.

·     Redundancy: You have been made compulsorily redundant after the date of purchase, supported by written confirmation from your employer.

·     All other refund requests will be considered at the trainer's discretion but are not guaranteed.

·     Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of the request being confirmed.

8.  Behaviour & Termination

·     The trainer reserves the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect if a client behaves in a threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate manner. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

·     Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 7 days' written notice. In the event of client-initiated termination, any unused prepaid sessions will be handled in accordance with the Refunds policy above.

·     The trainer reserves the right to decline or discontinue services to any client at their reasonable discretion.

9.  Programmes & Results

·     Training programmes are tailored to individual client goals where possible. Some programmes may be more generalised in nature.

·     The trainer cannot guarantee specific results within any set timeframe. Achieving results requires your active and consistent commitment to training, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and recovery.

·     The trainer provides expert guidance and advice but does not act as a nutritionist, dietitian, physiotherapist, or medical professional.

10.  Pricing

·     CResults reserves the right to review and amend session and package rates. You will be given at least 30 days' written notice of any price change.

·     Prepaid packages will be honoured at the rate paid at the time of purchase.

11.  Marketing Communications

·     CResults may send occasional emails about offers, updates, and new services.

·     Marketing communications are only sent to clients who have separately opted in. Consent for marketing is not a condition of using CResults' services and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the trainer or clicking unsubscribe.

·     Your contact details will never be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.  Disclaimer & Liability

·     CResults provides professional guidance in good faith. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the trainer's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the value of the sessions to which the claim relates.

·     Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law
