Terms and Conditions

1. Confidentiality

  • All personal information shared with the trainer will be kept private and confidential.

  • Records will be securely stored and never shared without your consent, except where required by law.

2. Health and Safety

  • All sessions are designed with your health, safety, and medical history in mind.

  • You are responsible for disclosing accurate health information.

  • If instructions are not followed and injury occurs, the trainer cannot be held liable.

3. Payments

  • Payment must be made within 24 hours of the session or class.

  • Late payments may result in extra charges or cancellation of future sessions.

  • Any alternative arrangements must be agreed upon in advance in writing.

4. Cancellations

  • Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Late cancellations will be charged at 50% of the session fee.

  • Failure to pay may result in refusal of future sessions.

5. Lateness

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be cancelled or shortened without refund.

  • If the trainer arrives more than 15 minutes late, you are entitled to a complimentary session, or you may choose to continue the remaining time with an additional session provided.

6. Expiry and Extensions

Bulk packages must be used within the allocated timeframes:

  • 5 personal training sessions – valid for 3 months

  • 10 personal training sessions – valid for 3 months

  • 5 class sessions – valid for 3 months

  • 10 class sessions – valid for 3 months

Extensions may be granted at the trainer’s discretion but are not guaranteed.

7. Refunds

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

  • You are medically unable to continue (with proof from a GP).

  • You have been made redundant (with proof).

Other refund requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.

8. Programmes

  • Programmes are tailored to client goals where possible.

  • Some may be generalised and may not produce specific results but will still contribute to overall fitness and health progress.

9. Disclaimer

  • The trainer provides expert guidance and advice but cannot guarantee specific results within a set timeframe.

  • Achieving results requires your active commitment to training, proper nutrition, hydration, sleep, and recovery.
